The Art Lodge is a fun, fine art residency located in Sian Ka'an, Mexico. Nestled deep in the heart of the Biosphere, a UNESCO world heritage site since 1987, The Art Lodge gives artists the opportunity to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city and get inspired by the Mayan wilderness.

When translated from Mayan to English, Sian Ka’an means ‘Where The Sky Was Born’. A holy site to the Mayans, the land stores sacred energy that has been condensed here by the natives for thousands of years.

The biosphere is also home to an abundance of local flora and fauna: 300 species of birds, 400 species of fish, 100 species of mammals and 40 species of amphibians, all living in the wild.
